We helped the Espria Ledenvereniging with the content and information architecture for a new website.
The Espria Ledenvereniging advises and mediates in care at home for its members. The advisors know the way through the rules, regulations and services around assistance for living at home. Of course, digitalisation is a trend in healthcare as well. This called for improved online services for its members.
A thorough analysis of needs and wants of members was the starting point for improving existing content and designing new online services. We identified the necessary content types and categories (taxonomy) and designed their specifications. This content model became the foundation on which the different sections and features of the site were built.
A sitemap and wireframes guided both technical implementation and the visual design.
Additionally we designed and built a prototype of a mobile application for ledenvereniging advisors to show how it could improve efficiency and quality of their advice.
